If you think we’re doing something right, please let us know. If you think we could improve, please also let us know.

If you want to tell us what we’re doing well you can:

  • Leave a note in the client feedback book in reception
  • Email [email protected] or the manager on [email protected]
  • Include your comments on the client survey or counselling/group evaluation form
  • Tell your friends and other services

If you have a complaint about the service you’ve received:

  • Ask to speak to the manager or
  • Phone the manager on 9560 3011 (ext 117) or email [email protected]

Your complaint will be investigated. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome you may lodge a complaint with:
