Sexual Health services and similar agencies for testing, treatment and support

Sexual health clinics throughout NSW provide screening and treatment in a confidential, non judgemental environment.

If you have had unsafe sex and believe you have been exposed to HIV it might be possible to reduce the possibility of transmission by taking PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis). Sexual health clinics and hospital emergency departments will administer PEP. For PEP to be possible, it is essential to present to a sexual health clinic or emergency department as soon as possible within 72 hours after the exposure.
