GP's Supporting Women Partners of Men who Have Sex with Men

Join us for an informative webinar focused on the unique challenges faced by women partners of men who have sex with men (MSM). This webinar will provide GP's with the tools and resources necessary to support these women in a non-judgmental and culturally sensitive manner.

Topics Covered

• Understanding the challenges faced by women partners of MSM
• Medical considerations for women partners of MSM, in particular sexual health issues
• Risk-reduction strategies for sexually transmitted infections including PrEP for HIV
 

Objectives

• To identify HIV risk in women partners of MSM and proactively discuss PrEP',  
• To be aware of services and resources to refer women partners of MSM to for additional support if needed
• To increase awareness and understanding of the experiences of women partners of MSM
• To develop practical skills and knowledge for supporting women partners of MSM
