Do I need a referral from a GP?
No, you can self-refer. Contact us via our contact page to get in touch and see how we can help.
What are your working hours?
We offer appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We are closed at the weekend.
Can my partner come to the counselling session as well, do you provide couples counselling?
No, we don’t provide couples counselling, we work with women only. However, we can assist with referral pathways.
How much does this cost?
This is a free service funded by NSW Health.
Do you offer Medicare rebates?
Medicare is not required as this is a free service for residents of NSW
Do you offer emergency appointments?
We do not operate a 24/7 support, or crisis support. If you are in need of urgent help, please contact your nearest emergency department.
