The Women Partners of Men who have Sex with Men Service (WPMSM) is an Incorporated Association. We are a registered charity with deductible gift recipient status.
Women Partners of Men who have Sex with Men is run by Leichhardt Women’s Community Health Centre, which is an Incorporated Association. WPMSM is bound by LWCHC’s board, governance, policy and structure.
Board
The Board of Management meets monthly and comprises up to eight skilled women from the community and the Chief Executive Officer. The Board establishes directions and outcomes for the organisation and is responsible for ensuring its continued financial and legal stability. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the operational running of the organisation
AGM
The members meet annually at the Annual General Meeting to hear reports on the organisation’s activities and to elect the board for the coming year.
